So after spending weeks planning our all girl trip to San Francisco and Sonoma/Napa the trip finally had arrived. Tim drove me down to Nora's and the four of us went out to dinner while waiting for Sue to arrive. We got back to the J's apartment and were given some bad news my Morgan...it seems that with all the rain NY had gotten a lot of flights had been cancelled. As a result it looked like we were going to be booted off every flight for Monday out to California...the logical thought was ok, we'll head out on Tuesday...hmm everything booked...booked solid through Thursday! Well no complaints were had due to the fact that we were flying standby and we knew that this could possibly happen. The next step was to cancel all our hotel plans and figure out what to do next as we were all packed for California weather. Morgan used his super Snuffo skills to figure out what cities we could get into that JetBlue did indeed fly into...Denver - booked, Carolina's - booked, Chicago - booked...everything it seemed was booked solid...(damn you JetBlue for being so popular) except.....Pittsburgh and New Orleans. So we had a tough decision to make...the city of three rivers (i heard there is a 4th one underground, thanks for the info M.) -or- The Big Easy.
This decision was actually pretty easy to make! We were off to Pittsburgh, PA!!
OK. Well obviously we did not go to Pitts. We were off to Nawlins come morning...well hopefully!
