'Throwing stones in glass houses'

So Tim and I bit the bullet and ordered new windows for our house. They are partially in and the new white trim on the house looks so much better than the dreary brown there was before. Now we just need to wait till the windows are finished and we get the rest of the house painted...goodbye green and brown!

A Little More Done:
Tim-may hard at work!
Now one would think I would have taken a picture when Tim finished the front...well I did not. So you will just have to wait until the top window is finished off with the new frame and then I will take another picture :-P

Does anyone notice anything else that is different other than the windows and trim? Who can guess correctly......oh the excitement!

So the reason why the windows are not totally done is because around 4:00 right when I left for class and the guys were working on the framing we had a huge thunderstorm that produced hail. I missed out because I was further down county, but I have the best husband who understands what a science/weather nerd I am...so he took pictures of the hailstones and also saved me a few in the freezer. What a lucky girl I am! Anyways, I will spare you all a lesson on how hailstones form because Tim says that nobody really cares.

Pics of the Hail:

Gotta love all the pieces of the trim mixed in with the dirt on the ground :-P
We will keep everyone posted on the ongoings in our home up here in Holmes! :-)

Ohh! I know how hail forms because I know this nerdy science teacher who told me all about it one day! ;)

And, I know what is missing! That big shrub! :)
