With such a beautiful weekend we decided to get out of the house and go for a drive. Now it seems whenever we head out in the car with no destination planned we end up in the Hyde Park area!
Our first stop was Pawling for some breakfast at the coffee shop we really like. Then we headed out...and ended up at the Culinary Institute:
followed by an early dinner at the Eveready Diner that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the foodnetwork. YUM!
