I just found out that April is Grilled Cheese Month via Slice of Pink!
Check out her post here....seems like a fun idea, unless of course your significant other is like mine and does not like cheese!!!
I find this even more interesting because there has been lots of talk about cheese related things recently. For example last week I was discussing with Nora the book 'The Stinky Cheese Man', she had never heard of it!!!! And I was also talking to someone else at school about the book 'I am the Cheese'.
What is your favorite type of grilled cheese? I like mine with swiss...just like my Nanny used to make it!

Well, there is nothing like a classic grilled cheese with american on white. But, for a grown up twist....I like fresh mozzarella with a little salami or prosciutto. MMMM, I want a snack right now....(Ohhhhh Morgannnnnn!) :)
