the storm, she is a brewing...

I am happy to report that for a couple of days now I actually have every present currently in the house wrapped and under the tree. You can't see all of them because some are tucked way under in the front, so you will just have to take my word for it :-P We, and by 'we' I mean 'I', because I do all of the holiday shopping, (:-P) are still waiting on a few things we had to order to arrive...and then they will be all wrapped up and ready to go also!

I may have to do one more mall trip :-( still trying to figure out some last minute gifts for Tim, but I don't think he has done any of his shopping for me so I am okay with it!




In other news...a storm she is a brewin' I actually got a call at 4:51 AM this morning informing me that school was closed for today 12/14. Upon looking out the window I saw...NO SNOW. I was actually somewhat dissapointed because I was hoping we would go into school and get let out early, in which case I would still have been home by 10:30...but we can't always get what we want, so I will settle with not having to go in at all and getting to sleep in until 9 :-D

It did not start snowing until around 9:00. Here is what the driveway looked like at 9:40 A.M. It seems that we are supposed to be getting up to 8-10 inches :-O This could be a problem because we have friends visiting this weekend from Maryland...6 of them actually. It is supposed to be warm (40's) and sunny tomorrow, but then another storm is coming for Sunday. Fingers crossed that they all make it!
